The Engagement: Acuative executed a four phased project to upgrade the network infrastructure to support the UCC services.
The Approach:
Utilizing best practice standards and experience from other Acuative assignments the QoS and security enhancements were designed. The design activity also included a verification that the network capacity and performance would support the planned VoIP solution.
The Result:
A documented QoS and design was provided to the client. The capability of the network infrastructure to support the VoIP solution was validated.
Lab testing validated the network infrastructure enhancements.
Project risks were identified and mitigated before the network enhancements were implemented at each location.
Experienced Acuative personnel ensured that the network infrastructure enhancements were completed so that there was no impact on the VoIP migration.
