Business Challenge:
- Needed network infrastructure deployment services to replace the voice, wide area network infrastructure and wireless LAN (WLAN) at their 2,600 retail bank locations
The Acuative Solution:
- Created service solution in collaboration with Verizon sales team
- Delivered a complete end-to-end solution including project management, staging logistics, deployment of new equipment, test and turn up, and decommissioning of legacy equipment
- Three visits to each site – WLAN installation and WAN turn-up, Site Conversion, Legacy Equipment Decommission and Day One Support
- Established a program management team working in conjunction with Verizon’s PMO
