The incumbent IT provider was not able to provide the support needed within the new budget requirements and the client was forced to look elsewhere for their maintenance and networking needs. 

Solution: Acuative assessed the client’s network maintenance needs and types of equipment being supported. We provided a flexible solution with support levels tailored to the specific equipment, offering higher end support for mission critical equipment and different support for end-of-life equipment. This proposal met the new budget constraints without sacrificing quality of service. As a result, Acuative was selected to provide on-site maintenance with 4-hour response for routers and switches for 400 sites across North America.
