Vincent Sciarra, Chief Executive Officer Vincent Sciarra, Chief Executive Officer

As a co-founder and CEO of Acuative, Mr. Sciarra brings vast knowledge and understanding of converged networking, IT, and technology challenges, requirements and applications as well as the dynamics of the enterprise and carrier marketplace, to position Acuative as a leader in the industry.

Mr. Sciarra has over 30 years of experience in corporate management, sales of services and products, and product design. As one of the founding partners of Acuative in 1984, he was instrumental in providing technical field support services to the new emerging telecommunications carriers in their efforts to win market share after deregulation.

During his years in the field services industry, Mr. Sciarra has been a key player in pursuing markets and developing products for a number of the largest, most successful public and private companies throughout the United States.

Prior to Acuative, he held a key management position with Butler Design Services, a firm providing engineering services to the telecommunications industry.

Mr. Sciarra holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Fairleigh Dickenson University, Teaneck, NJ.

Rich Ackerman, Chief Operating OfficerRich Ackerman, Corporate General Manager

Mr. Ackerman is a co-founder of Acuative and has over 30 years of experience in voice and data communications working with large enterprises and service providers.

He has a broad background in communications technology including leadership roles in pursuing large business opportunities for technology deployment. Mr. Ackerman's experience gives him the ability to tackle complex opportunities that require collaboration with other organizations to develop innovative and responsive solutions to large customers and government organizations.

Prior to the establishment of Acuative, Mr. Ackerman was employed at Larson Co., a service contracting organization.

Robert Foley, Jr., President Robert Foley, Jr., President

Mr. Foley joined Acuative in 2014 as part of the acquisition of Thrupoint, Inc., a global provider of consulting and professional services. He brings over 25 years experience in managing worldwide operations, business development, and domestic and global expansion for technology companies.

Prior to joining Acuative, he was President and Chief Operating Officer of Thrupoint, Inc., from 1999-2014. Prior to that Mr. Foley was Chief Executive Officer of COLLEGIS, an IT professional services firm, from 1993 to 1999.

He served as President of Sysorex Information Systems, a government systems integrator, from 1988 to 1993. Mr. Foley has also held executive positions with Electronic Data Systems, General Electric Information Systems, and Science Applications International Corporation.

Mr. Foley holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University and a Master of Science degree from Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, MD.

Patrick Danna, Chief Financial OfficerPatrick Danna, Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Danna joined Acuative in November 2007 and brings a diverse combination of technology and high-growth company experience to his position as Chief Financial Officer. He has responsibility for finance, administration, business process and information systems of the company.

With more than 25 years experience in financial functions, including strategic planning, corporate accounting and reporting, tax, treasury, M&A and risk management, Mr. Danna has held financial officer positions with both public & private companies.

Most recently from 2001 to 2007, Mr. Danna was with Fundtech, Ltd., in Jersey City, NJ, (Nasdaq: FNDT) a multinational provider of software solutions and services of end-to-end financial transaction processing for financial institutions. As Sr. Vice President of Finance and Treasurer, he was responsible for global accounting and SEC reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley implementation and compliance, budgets, forecasts and treasury management.

Prior to that position, Mr. Danna served as Vice President, Controller at ClientSoft Inc., in Hawthorne, NY from 1999 thru 2001. Other positions held by Mr. Danna include Vice President, Controller and Treasurer at CHI Energy, Inc., in Stamford, Conn. and various levels thru Partner at Bencivenga & Company, CPAs in New York City.

Mr. Danna is a CPA and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Seton Hall University, South Orange, NJ.

Josh LevineJosh Levine, Senior Vice President

Mr. Levine is responsible for developing and refining Acuative’s service portfolio and leading our sales and support teams for all of Acuative’s vertical markets.

He has many years of experience in the IT industry, including his role as President/COO at Vanguard Managed Solutions, a provider of managed cloud, network and security services from assessment and strategy to implementation and management. Vanguard was acquired by CompuCom Systems in 2007.

After leading the integration of the two companies, Josh was retained as their Vice President - Cloud, Security & Remote Infrastructure Management, as well as running their Global Alliance Team. While at CompuCom, Mr. Levine supported both direct customers, as well as partners such as AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, Cisco, HP, Fortinet, and other OEM partners. His responsibilities included expanding and developing CompuCom's services portfolio. Most recently he initiated and oversaw the development of their broadband, managed mobility, and digital media service offerings.

Prior to joining Vanguard/CompuCom, Mr. Levine served as VP of Business Development at Appilog, Inc. (application performance monitoring), President and COO at Applied Technology Consulting Group (IT & sales consulting) and founder/Chief Executive Officer at Genosys Technology Management (NOC services and IT consulting).

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business from American University in Washington, DC.

Jeffrey HayesJeffrey Hayes, Senior Vice President, Client Services

Mr. Hayes is responsible for operations, field service, logistics, project management, account management and overall service delivery for Acuative's clients. He brings over 20 years of experience overseeing the sales and delivery of complex service solutions for a diverse range of clients in the service provider, retail, and enterprise markets.

Prior to joining Acuative in June 2009, Mr. Hayes was Vice President, Global Service Sales & Alliances at BlueWater Communications Group where he was responsible for worldwide business development and partner relationships. Prior to that, he spent 16 years with NCR Corporation, most recently as Vice President of Sales, overseeing sales and marketing for all major account teams.

Carlo MoujaesCarlo Moujaes, Executive Vice President, Acuative Middle East

Mr. Moujaes joined Acuative in 2014 as part of the acquisition of Thrupoint, Inc., a global provider of consulting and professional services. He is responsible for managing all of Acuative’s initiatives in the Middle East including business development and service delivery.

He started his career in the United States in sales and finance at Bank of America and the Principal Financial Group, and has 20 years’ experience in information technology consulting and integration services for telecom service providers, government entities and large enterprises.

In 1996, Mr. Moujaes moved to the Middle East to manage enterprise sales for Lucent Technologies in Saudi Arabia. After the spinoff, he became the country manager for Avaya in Saudi Arabia.

Prior to joining Acuative, Mr. Moujaes founded Thrupoint operations in the Middle East in 2003 and managed their successful growth and expansion in his role as Senior Vice President.

Mr. Moujaes holds a Bachelor of Science degree from National University, San Diego, California, USA.

Carlo MoujaesMike Dodson, Managing Director, UK, Europe and Africa

Mr. Dodson is responsible for our Europe and Africa business and is based in London. He brings many years of experience in services sales leadership and business development. Prior to joining Acuative, he has led services businesses offering a range of infrastructure solutions, managed services, and infrastructure 'as-a-service'.

He managed the strategic services sales and managing consultants teams at BT Global Services where he was responsible for providing mission critical network outsourced solutions to multinational corporations. Prior to BT, he served ten years managing the growth of networking and desktop services business for IBM Global Services, including earning Cisco Gold Partner status in the UK.

Mr. Dodson holds a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering from The University of Surrey, England.
