BR has been a major asset, always willing to help to make sure the customer has the best experience with our Field Engineers. One site had issues with a conversion,causing the site to be unsuccessful after 8 hours. BR agreed to dispatch out the following day despite having alread had a late night working for another customer. BR was extremely patient as the site team were frustrated after a long day. BR had all the issues worked out quickly and effectively even taking time to clean up cabling and making sure the site was 100%. His great attitude and willingness to help was greatly appreciated. It is always reassuring to see his name on a ticket, it means we know it will be taken care of correctly, professionally and punctually.

Responding to a major need for support for Cisco UCS at Client’s installations, KB rescheduled personal plans and traveled out of his area to provide coverage indefinitely.
